How do I create an Account with PuntoMio?
Simply go to our "Sign up now" section and fill out the registration form with the information required in this section.
Once completed click on "Get Started" and we will process your information and process your new U.S. Address with PuntoMio further instructions will be sent via email with a welcome email detailing our service and how to start shopping online in the U.S. using our service.
How do I pay for my shipments?
All billing transactions are done by credit card only. You can either add your credit card information under "My Account" section prior to sending your U.S. purchases to your PuntoMio U.S. Address or you can just send your purchases and pay once we receive your packages and have them ready for delivery.
What payment methods does PuntoMio accept?
PuntoMio accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and Diners Club.
Is the PuntoMio site secure?
PuntoMio works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when you are changing your payment method. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number, over SSL, to the appropriate credit card company during the billing process.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
